1. Who we are

2. What this covers
These terms govern your use of this website and of the StuffProof mobile application for Android, distributed through Google Play.
3. Use of the service
You may use StuffProof for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
4. Accounts, free and premium features
StuffProof can be used for free within the limits shown in the app. StuffProof Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through Google Play; the price for your country is shown before you buy. It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and cancelling keeps Pro until the period you paid for ends. Payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software of StuffProof are owned by DJUMP, MB or its licensors. You retain all rights to the data you enter into the app.
6. Disclaimers
StuffProof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StuffProof is an informational tool and does not provide professional (legal, financial, tax or insurance) advice. Values suggested by the app, including those from an AI room scan, are estimates; whether an insurer accepts a claim, an item or a valuation is decided by your insurer and your policy, not by StuffProof.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
